Processing Time All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. During public holidays or promotional periods, processing times may be longer — we will notify you in advance.

Shipping Regions & Estimated Delivery Times

Hong Kong: 3–5 business days Macau / Taiwan / Mainland China: 5–10 business days Asia (other regions): 7–14 business days Europe / North America / Australia: 10–21 business days Rest of the World: 14–30 business days

Delivery times are estimates only. Actual delivery may vary due to customs clearance, local logistics conditions, or circumstances beyond our control.

Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Please use the provided link to monitor your parcel's status.

Customs, Duties & Import Taxes International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer. CHIC & FUN is not liable for any customs fees. We recommend checking with your local customs authority before placing an order.

Incorrect Address Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at the time of purchase. CHIC & FUN is not responsible for parcels lost or returned due to an incorrect address. Any re-shipping costs will be borne by the buyer.

Lost or Damaged Parcels If your parcel is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date, providing your order number and relevant photos where applicable. We will liaise with the carrier on your behalf to resolve the issue.
