Materials and safety
What is titanium drinkware made of?
Titanium drinkware is made from titanium metal rather than stainless steel or aluminium. CHIC & FUN lists the liner and shell material on every product page, so you can check what the drinking surface actually is before you buy.
Is titanium safe for hot drinks?
Liner, shell, lid and seal materials are listed on the product page. Lids, seals and straws can be plastic or silicone, so check those parts if they matter to you.
Does titanium make coffee or tea taste metallic?
Titanium is chemically inert, so it does not react with coffee, tea or water and does not hold on to the previous drink. Clean the cup between uses; taste problems usually come from residue on the lid or straw, not from the metal.
Are titanium cups dishwasher safe?
It depends on the product. Some listings are marked dishwasher-safe; hand washing with mild soap and a soft sponge is always safe and keeps finishes looking new. Always check the individual product page before putting it in the machine.
Can I put a titanium cup in the microwave?
No. Titanium is metal, and metal must not go in a microwave. Heat your drink separately, then pour it into the cup.
How do I clean titanium and what causes rainbow stains?
Wash by hand with mild dish soap and a soft sponge, then dry fully. Rainbow or blue-grey marks are heat tint or mineral film from water and high heat, not rust. They are cosmetic; a titanium cleaner or a mild acid rinse can reduce them.
Is titanium better than stainless steel?
Titanium is lighter for the same strength and has no coating to chip. Stainless steel is cheaper and easier to find in every size. Choose titanium when weight and a bare metal drinking surface matter; choose steel when budget matters more.
Size and performance
Does titanium keep drinks hot?
Material alone does not decide this. A single-wall titanium cup transfers heat quickly and cools fast. An insulated double-wall design slows heat loss. We do not publish fixed hour figures unless they have been tested for that specific product.
How much do your titanium cups weigh?
Weight varies by capacity and wall construction, from compact cups to larger insulated bottles. Published weights are listed on each product page. Compare that figure rather than assuming titanium is automatically light.
Which capacity should I choose?
For a short coffee, 280 to 350 ml is enough. For a full morning coffee or tea, 420 to 450 ml is a comfortable size. For water through the day, 500 ml and above works better. Leave headroom for the lid and ice.
Shipping and returns
Do you ship to the US and Europe?
Yes. Standard shipping is available to the destinations supported at checkout. Delivery estimates and any charges are confirmed at checkout before you pay.
Will I pay import duties or taxes?
Import duties, VAT and local taxes are the recipient's responsibility and are not included in the product price. Check your country's thresholds before ordering, as rules differ between the US and EU member states.
What is your return policy?
Returns can be requested within 30 days of delivery under the refund policy. Contact us before sending anything back, so the return can be logged and the correct address given.

Do you offer gift packaging?
Some products ship in a gift box, and this is stated on the relevant product page. If you need a gift note or a specific delivery date, contact us before ordering.
